2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation policy:

24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full or forfeited.

Packages or programs must be completed within the timeframe specified at purchase.

Refunds for coaching or hypnotherapy programs are not normally issued once sessions have commenced, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

For any physical products (books, recordings, etc.), standard UK consumer rights apply.
